Wonderful property for our trip attending a sporting event at the University of Arkansas. Traveled with 4 adults and the space was perfect. Beautiful location as well as clean, spacious and quiet. Close to the University and restaurant options, yet felt very secluded. Would definitely return!

Very spacious, clean, well maintained cabin. The kitchen was well equipped. We did not get to enjoy the spa/pool as it was not operating. The scenery with the mountains and hills in the background was beautiful. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful property. Great Mountain Views. A few deer in the yard every day! Large front porch with seating for 6-7. Beds & furniture are comfy. Bedrooms are separated enough to have a lot of privacy & space. Bedroom over garage is my favorite: very spacious with large bathroom. We loved having the pool table (be careful because there are holes in 1-2 of the nets & the heavy pool balls fall out & can hit your foot). The area in that space is very comfortable with ample seating for about 7- 8 people. 6 minute drive from the University of Arkansas.These may change, but what we had during our stay: Sapadilla hand soap - natural!! smells & feels great! Dove body wash, shampoo & conditioner- really nice!

Everything was as advertised. It is a beautiful property with a beautiful view. We especially enjoyed the deck with fireplace, tv and grill. The grill is charcoal and they did have some there to use. If there is someone in your party with mobility issues you will definitely want to park at the end of the driveway closest to the house. From there - no problem.The only reason I gave 4 stars on communication is because the couple of questions I sent were either answered too late for us to do anything about it or not at all. My first interaction with Luanda was excellent. Once the communications began with wanderlust a couple questions were answered too late or not at all. They were excellent with the automated check in and check out and asking if everything was going OK after we did check in. They just didn't answer specific questions promptly or at all. I didn't call because we checked in on the weekend and my questions weren't deal breakers.

Great view and home. Air system could have handled the reality of August temperatures bit better. However, the open concept of the house was very inviting and provided for some pool tournaments, card games and too many stories about the past and future on the deck environment. Communication with the host team was the biggest fail over our week stay -- a lot of improvement can be realized there and they have been informed. Pool not working over multiple months in the summer is unfortunate reality for a place that is priced for it.

We want to clarify a few things on the communication and pool concerns. We were in contact with you throughout your stay and kept you updated as things progressed, and our property manager spoke with you in person and understood things to be resolved at that point. The issue traced back to a ceiling fan light that was working fine at check in. Once we were able to investigate further, we found the electrical circuit to the fan needed repair. We aimed to get this handled without interrupting your stay more than necessary. We appreciate you letting us know where we can improve and we'll keep working on it.

We had a wonderful stay at Sequoyah Lodge. There was ample room for the 3 of us, the owners were very responsive to any questions, the kitchen was well stocked with very nice appliances and the beds were very comfortable. The Nest thermostat was a little tricky for me and I prefer king size beds but overall this was an excellent stay and I highly recommend staying here. It was unfortunate that the hot tub/outdoor spa was out of order but we really enjoyed the basketball hoop, playing pool, the beautiful porch and the outdoor fireplace. The location is very convenient to stores, restaurants and the University of Arkansas campus.

The location and the view are incredible. Close to downtown and campus. The house is comfy and had a ton of stuff for our kids - basketball goal, soccer goal, pool table, spa pool.

Amazing place!

You will not find a more beautiful place to stay. The view and the amenities at the house are top-notch. We have stayed in many for work trips and have learned to look at the living room furniture along with the beds. We were so comfortable for our entire stay and look forward to coming back soon.

We absolutely love staying here and when we come back to Fayetteville, we would love to stay here again. Everything was warm and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped. The heated pool was so nice. Everything about it was wonderful.
