Both bedrooms come with ceiling fans and reverse-cycle aircon. The complex itself offers a pool, bbq area and secure parking for 2 cars. It’s walking distance to eateries, Tallebudgera beach, Burleigh Heads National Park, the Village Markets and Gold Coast Recreation Centre, with Dreamworld, Seaworld and Movie World all half an hour away by car.

The Space:
Featuring lovely blonde floorboards throughout, you’ll enter the apartment into a spacious open-plan L-shaped living/dining/kitchen area with wall-mounted air-con and a ceiling fan. The living area offers a comfy sofa, 2 armchairs, stylish occasional furniture and a 50” ‘Smart’ TV. There’s a dining table seating 6 people that’s adjacent to a fully-equipped kitchen with stone benchtops, a Bosch dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, wall oven, micFbedrowave and a medium sized fridge. Sliding doors off the living area lead to an outdoor patio area with a table for 4 people and views of the pool area.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, both with wall-mounted reverse-cycle air-con, ceiling fans, plantation shutters to block out light if desired and mirrored built-in wardrobes. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed and its own en-suite bathroom with a large shower recess, while the second bedroom comes with a king sized bed that can be separated into 2 single beds if needed. In the apartment’s main bathroom you’ll find a combined shower/bath, as well as a washing machine. Clothes can be dried on a drying rack.

The complex itself offers a swimming pool, barbecue area and 2 secure parking spots.

The Neighborhood:
Situated on Queensland’s beautiful Gold Coast between Surfers Paradise and Coolangatta, Burleigh Heads offers world class beaches and surf breaks against a lush national park backdrop. The apartment itself is perfectly located, walking distance to a great choice of eateries, Tallebudgera beach, Burleigh Heads National Park, The Village Markets, Burleigh Arts and Crafts on the Coast, and the Gold Coast Recreation Centre. Surfers Paradise is just over 20 minutes by car, with Dreamworld, Sea World and Movie Worlds all only half an hour’s drive away.

Getting Around:
There’s parking for 2 vehicles in the secure care park with free street parking available. If you prefer public transport, there’s a bus stop close to the complex with services taking you into Burleigh Heads in about 35 minutes and Surfers Paradise in under an hour.

Other Things to Note:
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.

* Extra $45/night will be charged for guests after 4 or if the fold away bed needs to be prepared.

*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.

*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.

* Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals by MaisonNets and is not a hotel.

*This is a pet friendly property. You may bring your furry or feathered family member for an additional $100 per pet surcharge fee, Prior to check in please confirm pet type and breed.


* Due to strict no noise no party policies in Strata buildings or local council by laws we will be enforcing the NO PARTY NO NOISE POLICY - This will mean that we will be able to force an eviction if these terms are breached. If this is he case we hold the right to hold on security deposit and booking amount for compensation for the purpose of any damage, missing keys and potential penalties from the body corporate or local government authority.

Great pet friendly accommodation!
We all really enjoyed our stay! We chose this apartment as we needed to bring our dog, and loved every minute of our stay. The apartment itself was exactly as advertised. We loved the location close to Tallebudgera Creek and beach, loved the convenience of the coffee shop and small general store close by. We felt more like locals than tourists! We'll book again.

Unit 8 at Koala Park apartments was an absolute nightmare to stay at. For starters the owner pretended to be “concierge” and insisted he meet us there to show us through and provide keys which was strange. The property had numerous maintenance issues with door handles falling off, shower head leaking and then bursting with water from the wall, one air con unit not working, hair all over sheets (dirty). The owner insisted on coming in to the apartment during the night when I was alone with my kids and forced me to show him all the faults despite the time of the night and made us feel very uncomfortable. Would never recommend this property and suggest he should not be able to rent out this property as holiday accomodation ever again.

Large Unit
Koala Park offers a large space for your family to stay. The unit is close to the creek and a nice family holiday spot. We were able to bring our family dog with us which was great. If you have young children please note this complex doesn’t have a lift so you will need to carry the pram up some stairs.
