On arrival we had the incorrect room (hotel room) to our booking being a late arrival on a Sunday nothing could be done about this. After several calls the next day we ended up in a similar room to our booking (one bedroom apartment).

Apartment was clean with a nice outlook over a park. Easy to get to from car park. It was a bit small for my liking so I would look for a bigger apartment next time.

Perfect getaway

Just needed to chill out for a couple of days. Perfect place to laze by the pool or pop out for a meal or stroll down to the beach.

Really disappointing experience. Partly due to the property management lack of response to emails. Wifi passcode didn’t work, movie channel didn’t work, furniture in the room was rusted, no face washers or hair dryer, minimal poor quality provisions (3 tea bags for 3 nights for 2 people), wardrobe shelving chipped, chunks of rust from air conditioner on patio. The unit itself didn’t warrant the price. Very basic compared to booking a room direct with the property and receiving quality service. Moral of the story, if you take your own everything it would be okay. Peppers itself is quite lovely and surrounding shops, cafes, but the room is basic. had quite an unusual experience with the property management company charging credit card weeks after I had booked and received “paid” receipt, which was confusing (for me at least) as I didn’t expect lastMinute.com to pass over my personal credit card details which were evidently not encrypted.
