As mentioned in our email during your stay, we provided instructions to help optimize the cooling—specifically suggesting setting the mode to Cool and changing the fan to Auto fan, we also let you know we were happy to assist further if needed, but we didn’t receive any follow-up after that message. Had we known the issue persisted, we would have gladly sent a team member to inspect the system during your stay. Guest comfort is very important to us, and we're always here to help when contacted.
