Three bedroom, two bathrooms, large sunny conservatory and tranquil gardens to relax in. One a a hall minute walk to the canal with a small man made beach where you can put the kayak in (provided) and have a paddle around the lovely boats and houses. Seven minute walk to Countdown supermarket and 1.5 km to mercury bay beach.

Coromandel peninsula break

Thank you , Wendy, for letting us use your home. Plenty of room and all the facilities we needed for a short break away. Location of the property was great for exploring the local area. Haven't been to Whitianga for nearly 20 years so it was great to come back- lots of changes to the town but still feels friendly

I have lived in Whitianga for 20 months now, moving from Auckland. I love the laid back atmosphere that Whitianga has to offer, with no traffic lights and all the beach and water has to offer. I am a keen fisher woman.

Why they chose this property

Our property is in a great location, 7 minutes walk to countdown supermarket, 1 and a half minutes walk to the waterways canal with a small beach that you can launch the provided kayak from. 1 and a half km to the beautiful Mercury Bay beach and town centre with a variety of local shops and restaurants.
