Step onto your private balcony for a morning coffee, stroll to the beach or wander into town for breakfast. With three bedrooms, a brand-new kitchen, shared pool and everything you need for an easy coastal escape, this is Yamba at its best.



The Space:

La Ronde 3 is all about location, ocean views and effortless beachside living.



Perched directly opposite beautiful Pippi Beach, this light-filled apartment puts you right in the middle of everything Yamba has to offer. From your balcony, watch the waves roll in, enjoy an afternoon drink in the sea breeze or simply settle in and soak up the view.



Inside, the apartment has been refreshed with a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living and dining area designed for relaxed holidays with family and friends.



There are three bedrooms, comfortably sleeping six guests:



• Master bedroom with a Queen bed, air conditioning and ensuite

• Second bedroom with a Queen bed

• Third bedroom with two single beds



The apartment also has ceiling fans throughout. Please note that air conditioning is available in the master bedroom only.



When you're not at the beach, take a dip in the shared swimming pool or make the most of the incredible choice of beaches, cafes, restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance.



Guest Access:

You'll enjoy your own private access from the ground floor and will rise one flight of stairs to the first floor apartment. There is a lock box available on site for convenient check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Pippi Beach is a pristine white sandy beach with great surf and is directly accessible from the front of the apartment. The beach is long and perfect for morning and afternoon strolls. It's overlooked by Lover's Point which offers a wonderful vantage of the length of Pippi Beach and Angourie beyond, as well as back toward Convent Beach, Main Beach and the break wall.



La Ronde Three is a relatively flat walk to town and a short stroll to the top of "Yamba hill" where there are more restaurants adjacent to the Pacific Hotel. Ager Park and children's playground is nearby and overlooks Pippi and Convent Beach.



Getting Around:

Enjoy the convenience of a secure lock-up single garage, perfect for keeping your car, boards and beach gear safely tucked away. There’s also plenty of free, unlimited on-street parking available, so there’s always room for an extra car or visiting guests.



The best way to experience Yamba from La Ronde is on foot. Pippi Beach is directly opposite and the town centre, cafes, restaurants and several other beaches are all within walking distance.

A car is handy for exploring further afield, including Angourie and the surrounding Northern Rivers, but you can comfortably enjoy most of your Yamba holiday without one.



Other Things to Note:

Strictly no smoking, no vaping, no loud music, no parties, no school leavers and no pets.



There is one flight of stairs to access the apartment. Please consider this when booking if anyone in your group has mobility requirements.



Air conditioning is available in the master bedroom only. Ceiling fans are provided throughout the apartment to keep the rest of the home comfortable.
