Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a estadia! A localização é perfeita, a apenas 3 minutos a pé do Diamond Mall, o que nos deu a comodidade de fazer compras, almoçar e resolver qualquer coisa sem precisar pegar carro. O apartamento em si é muito bem estruturado e bem decorado, com um quarto aconchegante. Um destaque especial para a equipe da portaria, sempre muito cordial, atenciosa e prestativa. Recomendamos a estadia aqui.

Foi tudo perfeito. O apartamento é muito bem localizado e equipado. Estava tudo muito limpo. A lavanderia no condomínio é um conforto. A Neusa foi sempre muito solícita e muito gentil. As pessoas do condomínio são muito educadas. Foi uma estadia muito agradável.

Conforto e praticidade em excelente bairro.

Fiquei neste apartamento por 2 meses. É um apartamento aconchegante, bem mobiliado, confortável e o Condomínio tem bom serviço de lavanderia e porteiros muito atenciosos. Escolhi este apartamento também pela ótima localização, pela proximidade do Shopping Diamond que supre muito bem as necessidades de alimentação e pela vaga de garagem que é grande, livre e independente. A recepção da internet é ótima assim como da TV a cabo. Recomendo.

Apartamento com mobiliário funcional, bonito e confortável. O bairro é ótimo, tem ruas e avenidas largas e bem cuidadas, prédios modernos e fica perto do Mercado Central , do MinasCentro e do Shopping Diamond Agradeço aos porteiros e funcionários da lavanderia do prédio a forma educada e atenciosa que nos atendeu. Ein sehr schönes Appartment in guter Umgebung

Wir haben drei Monate in diesem Appartment gewohnt und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt und ansprechend, auch die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, alles hat gestimmt. Bei kleinen Problemen ist die Besitzerin sehr hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist sicher und bietet alles. Besonders der Lebensmittel-Supermarkt in direkter Naehe trägt zu einem komfortablen Leben bei. Wir können dieses Appartment sehr empfehlen.

A well appointed luminous apartment.

We loved the apartment as it is located centrally and in a safe and sophisticated part of town. Great shops and restaurants are in walking distance. The apartment itself was comfortable for both of us, had also a quite nice kitchen and an impeccable linnen and laundary service. The owner was responsive and attentive although the communication had to be by "tablet" and google translator. Nevertheless, everything worked out and we were very happy with all the arrangements. We would love to come back to this place, if we were to return to Brasil and can give it only the best recommendation.
