Located 1 block to the sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico, Beach Bound is a four-bedroom beach house with a private pool.

Our cheery and spacious home welcomes up to 8 vacationers with comfortable living spaces, a full kitchen and dining room with seating for ten. Each of the four bedrooms features a king-sized bed with en-suite bathrooms included in three of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

A sparkling pool and spa highlight the tropically landscaped backyard; complete with an outdoor shower, pool loungers and umbrella, gas grill and patio dining for six. It's the perfect outdoor oasis for a relaxing day at the pool enjoying the island breezes. Guests will also enjoy the ping pong table, cornhole and putting green.

Beach Bound is easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and less than a block to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Everything was beautiful, clean, up to date decor. One of the 4 king beds could use updating, too hard! Location was perfect to walk or take our golf cart to the beach, only 1 block away! Anna Maria beaches are stunning! Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals are great to work with. Wish we would of had more time to enjoy this beautiful palace!

Property was BEAUTIFUL! We did have trouble with washer but maintenance team was diligent in fixing the problem. This is our favorite street to stay on the island. This house worked great for my husband, myself, our married adult kids and 2 grandbabies! We will be back!!!

Great property!!

The property was fantastic. The property management was quick to communicate when we had questions. The house was very clean and well stocked with kitchen cooking utensils. The bedrooms were very large and it was great that everyone had their own bathroom. They had a tent and beach cart in the garage, which made getting to the beach very easy. We decided to rent golf carts and a few bikes to get around the island. That worked out better than renting a car. The pool was clean and the backyard was a great place to hangout as a family. I would highly recommend getting some strong bug repellent as the mosquitos can get pretty aggressive. I highly recommend this property!!

Great house! Fun backyard setup and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Perfect location for beach access. Way more space than we needed for our family of five. We would stay there again!

Beautiful home

This beautiful home was perfect for our group of 5 adults. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues while we were there, and the rental company was very responsive. From before check-in to check-out, communication was excellent. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Home

Beach Bound is a wonderful vacation home. It is centrally located to everything on A.M.I. The beach access is great and not overly crowded. The four king bed configuration makes it perfect for vacationing couples and we loved that it was one level. The outside area includes a pool, spa, and a fantastic pergola. We will definitely rent here again!

Incredible property with great access to beach. Pay attention to instructions on Pool and it will help. Grab a Golf Cart and enjoy the Island. Could not have asked for a better week and this is certainly a place we would entertain coming back to.

This house was amazing! If you are looking for a place to accommodate a large group or family look no further!!! Great location and the management company is TOP NOTCH! 1 block to beach! Heated pool and fabulous hot tub. Outdoor space is beautiful! If you have the opportunity to book do so now.

Awesome family vacation

This house suited our needs perfectly. Very short walk to beach, clean and nicely decorated, great pool area w big table to eat outdoors. Kitchen could use a restock of simple items like potholders and Pyrex ovensafe pans (we cooked dinners here a lot) but it worked. Note the 4th bathroom (non en suite bath) Is off family room so worked well for everyone to use during day. We loved Anna Maria Island and will be back.

Perfect

We had a family group of 8 looking to trade snow shovels for beach and sunshine. This house was perfect. All the rooms have king beds and private bathrooms, except one. The pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. The beach is a very short walk across the street. The beach was not crowded and the sand was sugary white. Would highly recommend this place!

Busy Anna Maria Area

Beautiful home. Plenty of room for our entire family. Each kid had their own bedroom and bathroom which gave me additional peace on vacation. A couple of issues upon check-in but we were taken care of promptly and property owner/manager even followed up to make sure all went well. Outdoor area and pool were very much enjoyed! House is in a vary busy part of Anna Maria/Holmes Beach. All good except the huge crowd and that had nothing to do with the home!

Fun Family Vacation

Everything about this home was excellent! The check in/out was simple and easy. The home was well maintained. We had a slight issue with the pool filter (nobody’s fault, it just happens sometimes), and maintenance came the same day. Pool people were great, personable, and even gave us suggestions of things to do. There were 8 adults, each couple had their own bathroom. Plenty of space to be together, yet we had our own privacy. The beach was a short walk, and the house had beach chairs, wagons, and an umbrella. I would definitely come back!

Great Seaside Retreat

My mom and I spent a glorious week at Beach Bound. The house sits on a beautifully landscaped lot a short block from the beach. The house has a nice flow and is tastefully furnished. We especially loved the aqua blue glass chandelier over the dining room table. The back yard is a showstopper! It is quite large with many options for relaxation & fun. It also offers complete privacy with the fencing and lush, tropical landscaping. We had some minor maintenance issues during our stay, but the rental staff were very responsive and quick to resolve them. Would definitely recommend this lovely property and hope to return again soon with the family.

Beautiful House!

House is amazing! We had so much fun in the backyard and love the location! Property management company wasn't very helpful and blamed us and never got the garage door to open for us. They told us there were beach toys in there, but couldn't get it open all week and wouldn't bring us back up toys because it "wasn't in the listing"

Home away from Home

This home has it all! Location, ameneties, updated style, close to the beach--you name it! Our family of two boys and my mother each enjoyed our own spacious rooms. The dining room chandelier was eclectic and beautiful! But the backyard was the highlight. The pool, spa, putting greens, ping pong table, corn hole, covered pavilion and outdoor tv--it was overboard with relaxation and fun. We had just a few maintenance issues, but Anna Maria Life was very responsive. The property was exceptionally clean too. We would love to return to this property again!!
