Stoney Creek Sunpath #20 is an approximate 1000sq/ft, two bedroom, two bath condominium situated entirely on the ground floor. It has an open concept living, dining and kitchen area with large flat-screen television, gas fireplace and a ground floor patio with a BBQ and patio furniture. The entry area has a closet and a ski and clothing rack with ample room for drying gear after a long day on the slopes. The renovated kitchen is well equipped and features granite countertops and quality stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom houses a Queen sized bed and features an ensuite bathroom with jetted soaker tub. The second bedroom has a Tri-Bunk (double on bottom, single on top) with a sliding door that opens onto a back deck featuring a large Private Hot Tub.
