Included in your stay, you’ll be able to enjoy Serenity clubhouse, with a huge swimming pool, as well as a games room and small gym.

This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse sleeps up to 6 people. The U-shaped kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, has all the kitchen utensils you could need to prepare a meal, and has plenty of countertop space. Need somewhere to do laundry? This house comes with a washing machine and dryer. Where to relax? The living room is large, open, and has comfortable seating for everyone and a large flat screen TV to watch. Want to relax outside? There is a sliding glass door in the living room that leads to an outdoor patio with lounge chairs and a private pool.
The bedrooms are configured as follows:
Bedroom 1 – Master bedroom with a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom and TV;
Bedroom 2 – Queen size bed, shared bathroom and TV;
Bedroom  3 – Two twin size beds, private bathroomand TV.

* Like all vacation homes our homes are classed as self-catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper but guests are expected to purchase their own during their stay.

**Pool heating and BBQ fees are NOT included in this booking and are subject to availability and approval. Must be requested at least 72 hours before check in.**
