This Studio apartment is perfectly located in the very centre of “Le Marais” area, between Hotel de Ville, Georges Pompidou Centre and Place des Vosges. Straight in the middle of one of the liveliest trendy Parisian districts. Historical Rue Vieille du Temple is at 100 m, eclectic Rue des Rosiers at 250 m as well as Place du Bourg Tibourg with all its terraces, bars and restaurants. Close to Hotel de Ville where you can catch metro line 1 which goes through all touristic main points of interest, or just walk around many museums, mansions, restaurants, shops, etc, all in a trendy atmosphere.

This beautiful studio is recently renovated in October 2022. Located in the heart of Marais the studio is on the 3rd floor and can be accessed via the elevator.
