The best of bayside living is on the doorstep of this character-rich Edwardian property in tightly held Rippleside.

"Orontes", one of the original homes in the area, is just metres from Corio Bay and only a few minutes' walk to the Geelong Bollard Bay walk, Rippleside Park, St Helens Park, and North Geelong railway station.

Stroll by the bay to Deakin University and the CBD, or take a short drive to vibrant Pakington St, and the freeway to Melbourne.

Stylish furnishings and comfortable luxuries are sure to be inviting!



The Space:

Four large bedrooms, with three queens and two king single beds are styled for peace and relaxation.



The light-filled kitchen and dining area opens out via a large glass sliding door to the picturesque garden and entertaining area with electronic awning for warmer summer days.



The kitchen features an island bench, pantry, and stainless-steel appliances, including a 900mm oven built into the original fireplace.



A large separate lounge includes a gas log fire set into the original mantlepiece. Access all your streaming services via the Smart TV.



Off the hallway is a large central bathroom with timber vanity and pressed metal walls, as well as a separate powder room.



Enjoy the sunshine in the secure backyard with outdoor dining and a BBQ grill. This property is pet friendly.

There is rear access for secure parking for one vehicle, or plenty of free street parking available. right out the front



The Neighborhood:

Quiet beach side suburb of Geelong, close to the CBD but without the hustle and bustle. Great cafes within 5 min walk or enjoy a beachside 30 min stroll into Geelong CBD. Close to the ferry terminal, Geelong Waterfront, Pakington Street and other amenities to ensure your getaway is a memorable one.



Getting Around:

Close to public transport, Spirit of Tasmania, Geelong-Melbourne Ferry, walking distance to shops and short drive to the Melbourne Freeway.



Other Things to Note:

Please comply with the parking instructions and show consideration to your neighbours . A $100 extra fee applies for lost keys or callout visit outside of normal business hours. A $150 fee applies for a lost remote. BBQ: Please ensure the gas bottle is turned off and the grill is cleaned. An additional charge of $50 will apply if the BBQ is required to be cleaned after your use. This property is pet friendly. Pets are only allowed with formal approval & a pet fee may apply.

Great getaway

We had a great stay at the property. It's an beautiful old weatherboard house that was clean and comfortable. It is a short drive from the main town in Geelong. Communication for arrival and check out was great.
