The place was clean and adorable with a hint of Christmas decorations. The host are amazing, we left pair of boots behind and they shipped them back to us! 💝 I would definitely stay here again!

Branson trip
The condo was great! We loved being so close to everything!
Plenty of room for our family of 6, and we loved being on the end of the street. We did have an issue upon arrival that the owner resolved for us so kindly and promptly! We would recommend to a friend.
It is a great property to stay at if you are doing Silver Dollar City. It is very close to the west end of the strip as well. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Branson.
Parking can be the only tricky part. I think some people have multiple cars, which is allowed, but it ends up causing parking space issues. Great pet friendly property.
This condo was beautifully decorated and in the perfect location for SDC and Branson activities. So happy to have found a place that had everything we were looking for and also allowed our two 50lb dogs. If I had to point anything out, it would be that the shower curtain in the main bathroom had yellow and pink stains that were unsettling. Everything else was clean and well maintained. Very pleased with our stay.

Little Annoyances
Certainly this condo has a lot going for it, nice kitchen, comfortable beds, tv, very nice large appliances, quiet location, easy check-our requirements, but there are several little annoyances that disappointed us. One of the dining chairs has a broken leg. There was no bath soap, shampoo, or other toiletries as in the listing. No spices in the kitchen though listed, and worse, only 3 forks. The can opener is broken. Water will not run through the coffee pot (we boiled water and poured it through grounds). The toaster works if you hold the lever down with a finger. A bathroom towel rod fell to the floor the first time we touched it. The pool was fine, but we had to drive around to find it. Did we miss a sign somewhere?
My family enjoyed the convenient location of this condo, and appreciated it being near the back and the unit itself was as the photos show. Comfortable beds, clean towels and nice kitchen area. We did have one day where the WIFI completely went out, and we could not get it to reconnect until the next day. We did find that the unit had a very tough time maintaining temperature, so much that we went outside to inspect the AC and it sounded like it might give out at any minute. Also, if you return to this area late in the evening, you'll find very limited parking, not just out unit but this appear to be an issue for all of the condo's here as many people would be parked in the back because there didn't appear to be enough spaces to go around (and we only had one vehicle, so I find this is important to mention). Unfortunately, I don't know that there is a solution to this issue and just something to be aware of.
Site Contact = excellent. Owner/property management company … not so much.
This property is managed by a big property management company called Evolve. We wanted to request a late check out - so Evolve directed me to the site contact … but gave me a number that only had 9 digits. I had to wait on hold for 20 minutes to be told they’d text me the right contact, but it was still wrong. More time on hold to finally get to the property manager. She was fantastic. Very responsive. When we arrived we discovered the shower in one of the bathrooms didn’t work. There was no mechanism to turn it from tub to shower. The property manager contacted the owner, who called a handy man. We were promised to have it repaired the next day… this didn’t happen until late in the evening after a second message to the property manager. We specifically chose this place because we needed two full baths for our group. We requested a discount and were told both showers work fine … when there had been an obvious repair. Additionally the master bath toilet ran the entire time, the posting promises toiletries, and there are none. The kitchen had some supplies, but very scarce.

We contacted two handymen to address the problem as quickly as possible.- Although there was a delay, our handyman arrived the next afternoon and fixed the tub/shower transition valve, confirming that both showers were working properly before leaving.- Regarding the other concerns, such as the running toilet and lack of toiletries, we apologize for any inconvenience. These matters have been addressed to prevent similar issues in the future.We take great pride in our condo and are committed to providing a fantastic experience for all our guests. Will not stay again
I will start with the positive. The decorations are up to date, and location from activities, food was good. Now the negatives. The floors were not clean at all! At first you would not notice since the floors are a dark wood. Then you look at your feet and they are black. My kids Nike socks were black and their feet. There were piles of dust under the beds, old dog treats, and other random items. The walls, door handles, etc were not clean. Yes, there is a kitchen, but it is not fully stocked with what you need. We were without a coffee pot for 6 days and then randomly one appeared outside our door. We didn’t even Ben mention it so not sure how they realized we didn’t have one. The pool in our area is a fair distance away and you have no way of knowing where it is unless you drive around. We never went to the pool because it was super small for the amount of condos/people. The deck was a little questionable. Super small, and one side looked like it was going to fall in. We also randomly received three huge boxes from Amazon that we had to bring into the condo. They had to sit in the living room the whole time. This was odd. No message saying they were coming or what to do with them. Not a lot of places to take your dog to the bathroom, the trash in the trash bins was overflowing and tons of trash sitting by the bins which smelled bad! The washer was dirty. Wasn’t loving the idea of washing my clothes in it. Recommendations- It would be nice to have a swifter or vacuum since this is a pet friendly condo to clean dog hair, or just clean in general. The broom didn’t cut it. A little book saying where the pool is, suggestions on places to eat/go, where to get discounts, etc would be nice. If you are going to invest so much money in making the condo look nice with furniture and decor, at least spend the extra money for the cleaning company so they can keep your condos looking nice for you and your guest! If the floors are black because they don’t clean them, what do you think is going to happen to the nice white bath rugs, your couch, blankets, etc??? If you have a kitchen, supply all the items your guest need to cook a meal, make coffee, etc. For the price I would definitely do your research and look elsewhere.
