This immaculately presented holiday home caters to a large family, with a spacious formal lounge/dining room, huge open plan family room and a fully enclosed sunroom taking advantage of the canal views.
There"s also a generous size timber deck overlooking the waterway, ideal for relaxing after a long day at the beach or enjoying a beverage with friends and family. Try your luck and throw a line in off the back jetty or head off in your canoe for a calming paddle before dinner, after all this home is about lifestyle!
Newport Retreat features 4 spacious bedrooms complete with fans and robes, main with large WIR and ensuite. The 3 bathrooms consist of ensuite, large family main and extra shower and toilet in the laundry. 2 living areas with fans. Fully enclosed sunroom overlooking waterway. Huge timber kitchen takes pride of place. Additional timber deck off the sunroom. Side access to store your boat, trailer.
