Great Location with pool

Pool was amazing and stay was comfortable. There was enough space for our family and location was convenient. Kitchen could use some more basic cooking utensils and dishes for a house that fits 8 people.

Property was very well kept with many amenities the pictures online donhis house no justice it is absolutely beautiful in a great convenient location close to shops outlets food and more

the house was great. the only thing that was a bummer was the air conditioner was not turned on before we got there so it was hard to cool down the house but other that it was great

Nice place for a group

The house was nice and the amenities like the grill, pool, and streaming services were great. The kitchen had a lot and all the rooms and bathrooms were nice but some of the house was in kinda rough condition and some of the sheets had red stains on them and it was very difficult to lock the back door. We would recommend it and would stay again though.

Excellent Accommodations and Location

We loved our stay at this home! The pool was clean and ready to use, which was a huge must for us. The kitchen had what we needed for cooking (plates, large utensils, grill, and basic spices/seasonings). The area is perfect for grabbing ice cream (5 minutes) and going up to Franklin Mountains State Park to watch the sunset (7 minutes). The home is also in close proximity to anything else you may need, like grocery stores, restaurants, dollar store, etc. We could not have been more pleased and would definitely stay again!

Nice area great house

I'm the kind of guy that likes simplified peocesses. This VRBO was simple. All information was relayed via email. There was zero need to contact anyone or anyone to contact me. The area was great and secure. House could have been a little cleaner.

Awesome vacation stay

Lovely home. Needs better cleaning especially oven and grill. Other than that it was hot in the house. The ac was off and temps were in the hundreds. After we called the property manager it started to get better. This is a lovely home and very comfortable. I taught my son how to swim here. Loved it

On the day we were supposed to check in the host calls us to let us know that the previous guests had used “green dye”. The green dye was a filthy green unkept pool. We did not check in /cancelled. Host stated he understood and that we would be refunded. We have this all in writing yet Evolve/Host not wanting to refund us (though it was the host’s failure). Working with VRBO to try to get this resolved but has not yet.

We had never experienced anything like this before. The pool is kept clean, and the water treated treated weekly to ensure it is kept well maintained for our guests use. Unfortunately, the guest immediately prior to your stay put a coloring agent in the pool, turning it an emerald green, leaving us no other alternative but to cancel your reservation. The pool technician began treating the pool the following day, the issue has since been resolved. ' - We have since followed up with Evolve and can confirm the refund as promised was issued. Thanks for taking the time to leave your review.
