General Policies:
Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please
include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your
inquiry.
Local Guest Policy – Local guests may book only with prior approval. Parties,
gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized
reservations may be canceled.
Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full
duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone
else, please contact us to discuss exceptions.
Parking – Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all
posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps
like SpotHero or ParkWhiz.
City Noise – Some ambient noise is part of city living. Earplugs are available
for your use.
**House Rules:**
Please respect our home and neighbors. Violations of ANY of the following
rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a
refund.
1. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.
2. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.
3. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.
4. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.
5. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.
6. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.
7. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.
Additional Policies:
* Guest verification - To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID.
* Guest screening - Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them.
* AutoHost verification - We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.
* If you are bringing a pet, only 1 dog is permitted. Pets are limited to 1 unless it's a service pet and cats are not allowed. Please send an inquiry if you have further questions.

Reasonably priced and convenient location! Had a bit of wear and tear and the bathroom door was indeed quite annoying, but great value and only 10-20 minutes from downtown. Street parking is minimal, but the host recommends different apps to secure a parking spot

Bathroom door is out of alignment and won’t close unless you lift it up by the handle. There is also no shelf or table in the bathroom to hold your toiletries such as toothbrush, etc. Bed was comfortable and place was reasonably priced and clean.

Within one block of a good coffee spot, two pizza shops and a really fun little bar. Blue line stop is also one block away so it was easy to get to downtown and fun neighborhoods as well as an easy route to the airport

Great location, terrible for parking. The three reasons why this received three stars. 1. Terrible at communicating. I literally had to get a hold of the management company directly to get access code/ information.2. The walls were dirty. Like if someone was walking on the walls. 3. The bathroom door was broken, so it wouldn’t shut.

We had a great stay. We weren’t able to check in when we thought we would and had to go straight to our event so we got a text message on how to get into the building. What you have available to you is just as described. Place was clean but definitely had some wear and tear. I had read reviews online and the had mentioned parking was hard so I was able to reserve a parking spot nearby through a parking app. City noise throughout the night but nothing jarring. Would stay again

When I travel with my companion, we look for a place that’s clean, comfortable, bug-free, & dog friendly. This studio matched the pictures—small but functional—& overall served its purpose, though it has room for improvement. The location felt secure, very close to the “L,” with plenty of restaurants & amenities nearby. We parked on the street without issue & felt safe walking the neighborhood. The kitchen was clean, the bed firm, though linens weren’t very crisp. The bathroom was standard with little space for toiletries; the shower curtain smelled of mildew. Floors were worn & left our socks dirty quickly, & there were cobwebs in corners plus scuffed walls/baseboards. A blow dryer was a nice find above the washer/dryer, though discovered late. TV placement above the bed was impractical. The room initially smelled musty but improved once cooled. Noise from outside & other tenants was minimal. The biggest frustration was communication. After booking on VRBO, we received emails from multiple companies, which was confusing. Check-in was easy, but checkout info was nonexistent. My messages to the listed contact went unanswered, & VRBO responses came very late—well after we’d left. An “emergency” number that doesn’t respond undermines trust. Overall, the unit is okay for a short stay, but cleanliness & communication need improvement. With fresher linens, deeper cleaning, updated photos, & more reliable management, this could be a great spot due to location & being dog-friendly.
