The unit was as described and we enjoyed the layout/ very well equipped. Did not like the scratchy sheets or the very loud drainage sound at between 9:30 and 10 every night/ probably coming from the hot tub above us. Also there was a funky smell coming from master bath sink. Never made it to the hot tub because it was always “booked”. Overall a good stay, though.

Everything was great. Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and ammenities where so close. The hot tubs have a lot of chemicals so most of us got very itchy afterwards but also a nice feature.

Great family getaway

If we are lucky enough to make our way back to Banff, we would book this place again in a heartbeat. Communication was fantastic, the place was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. We got views along with close proximity to the adorable downtown. We loved our stay!

Location was great for us, very close to walking trails for our dog. Jane was wonderful in getting back to any questions I had. The one thing that shocked me was asking for more money to guarantee an early check in. I’ve never heard of that before especially when paying a premium price already.
