We could not have been more satisfied. It felt like our home. The host is/was most gratious. The accomidations were exactly as advertised. If I get the chance to return to AUS, I would stay here again. I will pass this on to family and friends.

Amazing location

The beach house was a great spot for a relaxing stay. It was in a fantastic location, right across the road from the beach and was in the very centre of town. The space was more than enough, and having two balconies was a nice bonus. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant time away and had lots of things to do. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a laid-back beach getaway.

Kate and Mark were fantastic with communication - super responsive and helpful. The property was very clean and modern, with a nice communal lounge area. The kitchen had plenty of cutlery and useful amenities like a dishwasher and fridge. Double car garage and road bikes were so useful too!Great location with a decent view and close to the beach. Thanks again, guys!

clean and comfortable with all of the needed amenities. Location was super, walkable to many restaurants. Nice view of the water from the deck but unfortunately it was raining during our stay. Parking spot in a private garage was great. Only negative was the bedrooms were very warm since there is only a small AC in the living room. The small fan didn't do much to cool the room.
