All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

Exceptional experience

The house is amazing, the location is perfect, the island is wonderful, and the management staff are exceptional. Check in was super easy and the house was visitor-ready hours before check in time. We had an unfortunate event with a hurricane causing potential flooding. Mangement was responsive and easy to work with. They gave us a full refund based on inclement weather and were friendly through the process.

The house was clean and the decor was surprisingly nice. The beds were very comfortable. The location to the beach was great.

Tybee Vacay

We rented both units and it was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for everyone. We had a total of eleven, 5 adults and 6 kids ranging from 7-16. Easy short walk to the beach and shops and restaurants. The only complaint I have is the sheets on the smaller bed downstairs did not fit properly and would come off whenever you moved. Everyone else was very happy. Overall it was a great place!

We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay & it was right around the corner from the beach. We walked to the beach. The GPS takes you to the back of the house, so we were initially confused on how to gain entrance. The keypad is at the front side of the home. We rented both the upstairs & downstairs. The upstairs was more updated. Also the tvs in the bedrooms wouldn't connect to the internet upstairs or downstairs. The tvs in both living room areas worked fine. Overall we liked the home/duplex.
