New Condo 2 Bdrm Balcony Rooftop Pool Walk to Town
Beautiful new condo built in 2021. So nice you won’t want to leave all day, yet only a 15 minute walk to the heart of the action at the marina, restaurants, and nightlife. Secure underground parking if you have a car.
Please Note: The road to condo (approx 100 meters/110 yards) is unpaved (gradual down grade walk and up grade road upon return). Not ideal for anyone with mobility issues, however taxis and Ubers can come right to the front entrance of the building which is paved. Condo unit is on the first floor. There's an elevator or stairs to access shared roof top pool and barbecue area.
