Soul is situated on a calm-water harbour beach, perfect for families with little ones, relaxing swims, as well as water activities including paddle boarding, fishing and kayaking. The home has a grassy reserve between it and the golden sands, making an ideal place to chill in the shade or enjoy a game of soccer or cricket.

On the ground floor you’ll discover the huge open plan living area, with multiple zones to congregate and relax in. The living areas all look out onto the beach and sparkling blue waters of the harbour. They also flow out to the undercover deck, complete with an alfresco dining setting and BBQ. The large fully equipped kitchen includes a wine fridge. There is an extendable dining table. One lounge area incorporates a 85 inch TV, while the other lounge area can be utilised for conversation, or for losing yourself in a book or the breath-taking vista.

On the first floor there’s five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cosy media room with 75 inch TV, which has glorious water views and opens onto a large balcony. The master bedroom is blessed with expansive water views, has a WIR, 55 inch TV, ensuite. The other elegant king room has water views. Bedroom three has a king bed that can be converted into two long singles upon request. The fourth bedroom has four long single beds which can be converted into two king beds upon request. The fifth bedroom has a king-sized bed which can be converted into two long singles upon request and can be accessed via the hallway or via the master bedroom’s WIR (a lock is fitted on the WIR access door for when entry through this door is not desired). The bathroom, with separate toilet, includes a bath tub, ideal for little ones or soaking in after a day of beach fun.

Soul has just undergone a deluxe renovation and been completely reimagined with all new, designer, furnishings and décor. PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
