Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property description was accurate. A couple of problems - towels being dried in the dryer and the washing machine full of wet sheets, sand in the bath and ensuite toilet needed a clean inside, but otherwise pretty well maintained.

Thank you for your review and your feedback. We apologise that you arrived to these cleaning issues, this is not usually the standard we set for our holiday properties. We have passed on this information and raised these issues with our contract cleaners so that this does not occur and effect future guests experience.

Great spot, nice apartment with everything needed. Beds were super comfortable. Wifi and foxtel available was a nice addition too. Only issue was there wasn’t any toilet paper when we arrived but only a minor issue, other than that we loved our stay

Location and comfort

Close to forster main beach. Property was well kept. The elevator was out of order for 10 days of our 14 day stay.

Value accomodation

Two couples stayed for a long weekend and were very comfortable & quiet. A very well equipped unit, close to good eating places and the beach. One thing that could improve the stay would be a later than 9am checkout. That’s unusual & too early.

Great Building & Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in the Shores building before & loved it. This unit is great & the balcony is HUGE. It was perfect for our little family of 3. Our main criticisms of this place is the noise - both from the road & the neighbouring unit block - it was very disruptive, ceiling fans would've been nice or even just a pedestal fan, the pillows were poor quality and the ensuite is difficult to use due to the door swinging inwards. But generally its a lovely property and we would recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was an average experience. Property was as described. Nicely set up kitchen and pantry. Needs maintainence. Some of the blind cords were broken. Had to get the realestate to get the split system working. Little things like the door stoppers half off.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is one of the best we have stayed in. Clean and well equipped with everything you may need during your stay. The owners have put a lot of thought into the set up. The location was great just around the corner from Main Beach and a short stroll to the shops and Restaurants.
