After being there for three days we found mold in two of the bedrooms air vents. Over the course of the next couple of days we tried to spray the mold but all got sick and the last two days were miserable. The floor in the living area was buckled and was a tripping hazard fir my two grandkids.

This house was perfect for our family of 8. It was is a good location for beach access. It’s a block in and two blocks up from Fern Street access. Shopping and restaurants were easily accessible by golf cart or boat. The AML rentals staff was absolutely amazing!!! They were very responsive and willing to help with any and all questions or concerns. Definitely would vacation with this company again.

This is a beautiful property, close to both the smooth sand beach and everything in town, with a lovely pool and deck area. Everything is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Well stocked with beach chairs, towels and beach wagon and lots of games for kids. The host is very responsive with questions or needs.

Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
The information given about the property is really not correct or not as it really is. Sort of like the commercial. It states that the property is across the street from Bean Point Beach and or the beach is a minute walk away. Bean Point Beach is a good block away and about a 10 minute walk depending on how fast one walks. The property itself on the outside looked like it needed some TLC. Weeds growing around the driveway, areas that need painting or refreshed. The area in the back around the pool had weeds growing up through the turf.On the inside the areas were clean; however, the floor upstairs in the living room is buckled and if not careful can be tripped over. The patio upstairs had a curtain just hanging like it had been ripped down and left hanging instead of attached and pulled to the side. Downstairs in the bedroom the carpet has stains on it so it needs to be cleaned. Overall the property was clean on the inside, but does look like it needs TLC for the price charged. But make no mistake about it if you think you are right across from the beach you are not. With the town of Anna Marie changing the free parking areas taking away any and all parking along the streets for many areas going to the beaches you have to walk or park in paid parking areas and walk to the beach. So information about how far a property is from the beach is important.

The house was great as was the location. There were a few things that were a bit annoying: 1. The bed in the master bedroom was broken and made noises everytime you moved. 2. We rented the house for 7 days, with 7 people and they provided ONE trashbag, only 2 dishwasher pods. I called and they gave us more, but I feel like they should provide enough for the stay. And perhaps a few extra rolls of paper towels, etc.

Perfect walk to the beach

We absolutely loved staying at this home! It was just a block away from the beach, had a wonderful pool and outdoor area, and was super clean when we arrived. Island was awesome! Sliding glass door no lock, they kept saying there is no crime on the island but……..we trust no one when we’ve never been there….crazy for them to say this but……it’s true, very little crime if any at all….. so it was weird to put a metal folded stool in the rack to avoid opening…..1 trash bag? I think for weekly renters you need to rethink the minimal supplies for 4000 dollars Other than that

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at On Point. The house had everything we needed and wanted. It is perfect for our family. We have been going to AMI for about 10 years and this is our favorite rental so far. We’re planning a return stay next year. So happy that we found our perfect spot. The house was very clean throughout which is extremely important to us. The pool and backyard is just wonderful. The kids that range from 21/2 to 8 loved it. Beds were very comfortable. On Point at AMI is our happy place!

Great location

Location hard to beat. Very quick walk to beach. House as advertised on site The prior reviews mentioned the master bed being a problem. Those reviews grossly understate the issue. I have not slept in a more uncomfortable and loud, yes, loud, bed. Moving even slightly is so loud that people in the next room over could hear it. Pool was excellent, heated.
