About this property

The Guest House is priced for using 1 of the Queen beds when booked as 2 guests or less. You can choose which bed you prefer on arrival. Booking more than 2 guests will automatically update the price for the use of the second bed.
There will be a fee of $100 if the second bed is used when the booking is for 2 Guests or less as an additional cleaning fee.

The Guest House is located between Tathra and Merimbula. It borders Bournda National Park which offers beaches, a lagoon, and 2 lakes only minutes away. There are plenty of hiking and mountain bike trails nearby including the amazing Kangarutha Track.
You have your own driveway access and parking at the Guest house. The outdoor area is private, and has an undercover BBQ, picnic table as well as a fire pit with seating in a forest setting.
Plenty of bird life throughout the day.

The space
The Guest House is a self contained cottage with 2 Queen beds. It is separate from the main residence and offers it's own private rear outdoor area.
The Guest House is listed for up to 4 adults.
There is one Queen Bed in a Studio type setting, and another Queen Bed in a private Bedroom.
The kitchen is basic, but provides a full sized fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and a double hot plate for cooking. There is no oven or stove top.
There is also a BBQ on the deck. The fire pit and Indoor fire place can also be used for cooking.

The Guest House has it's own driveway with 2 parking spaces. It is out of sight of our street.

Lovely guest house

The guest house was very neat and comfortable and suited us perfectly for a night away. Tera provided clear instructions and was very responsive to my requests.

Country Sanctuary

Very welcoming atmosphere. I like to have a country stay within our holidays. The cabin was clean, comfortable, lovely and relaxing. The wood fire was warm and inviting. Before we left we enjoyed feeding the birds, they were friendly and even ate out of my hand. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We are a family of 5 and love our little private setting property. We have built our own home which is now the main residence.
We lived in "The Guest House" during our build. Although it wasn't as nice back then as it is now.
The property is next to Bournda National park which means it's only minutes away to many choices of recreation and relaxation.
The Guest House Location itself is fairly private from the main residence with it's own covered deck with BBQ and outdoor furniture. There is a fire pit and seating for those who want the ambience of a camp fire in nature.
The Guest house and deck look out in the the forest. No one else in sight.

What makes this property unique

Nature! Privacy, Forest, Lot of Birds, OWLS! Tawny Frogmouths... Wombats, Wallabies, Kangaroos, Sugar Gliders, Possums (Which like to land on the Guest House roof during the night!)
Sometimes even snakes... but they are beautiful too.
I hope when you come to stay, you see or hear some of these magnificent creatures too!
