The flooring was all damaged. Only 2 towels for 8 days. The entrance is at the rear of the building off the alley and you have to walk past a row of stinky garbage cans to get to the door. Would be nice if there was good lighting at the entrance. Other than those minor improvements, it was a good experience

Small but quaint

Rita was very easy to communicate with. When we arrived the cleaners had left a window open and a bird got in, leaving bird droppings in the bathroom. Wasn’t a big issue

Owner was responsive however, the only reliable parking was over a block away. Also, the flooring wasn’t done very well with there being cracks/separations in the flooring and screws sticking out of the stair treads leading up the apartment door there can be tripping hazards, I was only left one towel and one face towel for a six night stay, the kitchen was so loud during the day likely from an exhaust fan from the restaurant below that I couldn’t be in the kitchen for more than five minutes or I’d be stuck with a constant headache and sadly there was only one outlet in the living space which meant you could only plug in two things at a time. Which could have easily been amended by leaving a power bar or something along those lines. Overall the apartment served its purpose and fit my situation but i probably wouldn’t stay again.
