Upper level apartment with extensive wrap around decking that overlooks the dune sanctuary. This cosy old-world retreat offers the perfect go-to home for relaxation. Spend time outdoors or in, reading or writing, taking photos of the magnificent sunsets, or go for a walk through the Port Waikato Dunes Reserve in front of the property. The Phillips Reserve is alongside, with picnic area and playgrounds, or visit the fabulous Cobourne Reserve. Only a 2 minute drive to Sunset Beach. Lifeguards on the beach during peak season, and white baiting in the Waikato River (Aug-Nov). Fishing club nearby. The Nikau glowworm caves and café nearby is a must do adventure.

Beach holiday
Fantastic location with a great view and friendly feel. Felt like stepping back in time for a good, old fashioned beach holiday. Take your groceries with you and settle in for some relaxation. Only drawback was the thin, flat sponge mattresses in the kid’s room.
