Best place for our needs! The location was absolutely perfect near shopping and grocery stores. The house was very clean and tidy the response from the company was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend recommended.

Great area, Large Patio, House was good like 3 master rooms plenty of room for everyone. Host was very responsive. Pool is solar heated and not quite warm enough for us to use as often as we would have liked. Otherwise zero complants.

Baseball Trip

Our stay was great. The house really lived up to what we were looking for. The house was clean and everything was above our expectations. We were responded to in a timely way. Overall, this was a very positive experience for us.

A little outdated decor and seems the owners are still investing and upgrading (floor and painting needed). Owner very attentive when the fridge ice maker went down but we believe pricing a little high compared to other properties.

Fun in the Sun

A group of cousins from New England gathered for a destination family wedding on Marco Island. Staying a full week to enjoy the Florida sunshine. The house was perfect for our needs. Clean with plenty of space, great neighborhood, the solar heated pool was a bonus. The beds were all comfortable. Would highly recommend this property for a group of adults or large family. Three of the bedrooms had private full baths attached providing added comfort for each couple.roomy and comfortable

Baseball trip

Good set up for our stay. Loved the pool but property management needs to notify renters if someone is coming to maintenance the pool etc. the Pool guy entered with no warning or call at 11am.

Florida get away

Almost satisfactory. Not enough seating in the livingroom. There were 5 of us and only seating for 3. The lanie needed a complete power wash!

It was unfortunate that this guest did not read the listing description properly when booking the home. The property is clearly advertised as a pool with solar heater. As the weather was rather cold during the time of the guests’ stay, with little sun out, the solar heater was not heating as well as it would have during a sunny day. We highly recommend for guests to read headline and listing description of homes prior to booking.

It would have been nice to know that two bedrooms are not located inside the home. We had children and they were scared to have to sleep outside. Also, the back door was impossible to open which made it even more scary for the kids outside. Twice the handle actually came off. Two bedrooms do not have TVs inside the home. And lastly, the water pressure in the master suite shower inside the home was so strong we had to use other showers because it hurt so bad. Bring your own pool toys and towels, nothing is provided.

We’re sorry to hear the layout did not meet your expectations; however, the listing does clearly describe the courtyard-style design, including the two separate suites located off the pool deck. All amenities are also fully outlined in the listing to ensure guests know what to expect prior to booking. That includes which bedrooms have TVs. Also there are several pool towels available for guest use. We wish we had been notified during your stay about the door handle, as we would have promptly repaired it.
