In the heart of the Ozarks with the historic attractions of Branson all around, Pointe Royale Oasis is your grand welcome to a weekend filled with adventure and relaxation. This home is located within Pointe Royale, a closed community with amenities like indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, 18-hole golf course, and lakeside trout fishing.

This home is designed to feel cozy and inviting with an open concept space for your whole group to gather. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you’ll need for convenient meals at home. The kitchen also has a coffee maker so you can prepare a morning brew to enjoy on your private outdoor patio. When it comes to dining, quick snacks can be shared at the breakfast bar with barstool seating, while more formal meals can flow to the dining table which seats 4. If you're in the mood for a meal al fresco, you can even dine on the patio, which overlooks a community playground area where kids can have fun under your watchful eye.

Unwind for the evening in the living room, complete with ample seating, smart tv, and electric fireplace.

This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Bedroom #1 has a king size bed.

Bedroom #2 is the primary suite with a king size bed, tv, direct patio access, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo.

- The home shares an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.
- This is a walk-down unit.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- 2 parking passes are provided, parking is first come first served.
- The community pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.
- As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”
All shows are subject to change, no cash value, theatre controls the schedule.

We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
