Welcome to our luxury family home located in the all-new Windsor Island Resort, where modern amenities meet the excitement of a fresh, vibrant community. Please note, as the resort is brand new, you may see some construction nearby, but rest assured, it won't take away from your experience.

Sink into soft, comfortable furnishings and enjoy the expansive open-plan layout, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. For your convenience, all guests’ names must be registered in the gate system to ensure a seamless check-in process.

Guest Access:

Guests have keyless access to the home via a digital lock, plus full access to the resort amenities.

Getting Around:

Free parking for up to 5 vehicles

No parking on grass or sidewalks

One-side street parking only; follow posted signs

No street parking on Kaipo Rd; towing enforced from 8 PM–7 AM

Car is recommended, though rideshare and taxi services are available.

Guest Registration:

Before arrival, provide the names of all guests 18+ for gate access. Resort pass sharing is not allowed.

House Rules:

No smoking or vaping indoors

No parties or events

Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM

Other Notes:

Pool heating: $35/day (request 24 hrs in advance)

Grill rental: $105/week with propane included

Early check-in/late check-out: $45/hr (subject to availability)

Starter supplies provided (toilet rolls, paper towel, soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, dish soap)

Guests must purchase additional supplies and groceries as needed

Trash must be placed in the resort dumpster daily
