Tv wouldn’t connect to WiFi, no one available for extra toilet paper or towels and wash cloths. The toilet wouldn’t stop running. No one available at the front desk for questions.

We want to clarify that this is a privately owned room rather than a hotel, so we provide supplies intended for a 2-night stay, and any additional items would need to be purchased by guests. There should have been sufficient toilet paper and towels available for the duration of your visit. As noted in the listing, there is no front desk on-site, as this is not a hotel property, though we are available to assist guests remotely if needed. Regarding the TV, WiFi connectivity can vary and is not always within our control. We appreciate you taking the time to leave your review, as it helps set clear expectations for future guests.
