Pelican Waters 1 is a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with stunning views of the Merimbula Lake. The apartments offers a sunny northerly aspect which is perfect for those Winter months. The apartment is sandwiched between the lake and Merimbula's main surf beach which is a 2 minute stroll around the beautiful boardwalk.

Pelican Waters 1 has a queen bed in the main bedroom and the second bedroom has a double bed.

Both apartments also have a folding baby cot for your convenience. The kitchens are fully equipped with everything you could need, including a dishwasher. The bathroom has a walk in shower, heated towel rail and a separate toilet. There is a washing machine in the laundry and a clothes line in the yard for drying. The lounge area offers stunning lake views, a flat screen tv, dvd player and ample seating. There is also a 6-seater dining table for those times when you would like to share dinner with friends.

Very nice place to stay

Amazing location, beautiful home, the best power shower I have never come across, if you like fishing, just walk across is the water, full of Black fish. Although there is no Internet, but with my own phone data, not a problem at all. Will come back again . Super highly recommend

Excellent! Walking distance: beach, & (longer) shops. Quiet, spacious, clean & well appointed. Covered parking. Nice view of garden, lake to main town. Queen & king beds. Two toilets. Small washing machine (hard on clothes) airer, microwave and kitchen. Responsive agent.
