Perfect Amazing 12/10

Went for spring break with a friend, perfect location so close to everything and on the marina. Communication and transactions process was a little slow but no major issues. We ended up staying an extra night and moving our flight because there were able to give us a good deal for + nights. Would live here if I could. Thanks again <3

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

First, the parking spot was taken and the property manager never replied my messages and I had to find a solution myself. There were no way to hang the clothes in the closet and again, the property manager didnt reply me. the walls are very thin which is bad thing when you have noisy neighbors... The unit needs a pest control because there were cockroach and I dont know why, there is a full with lots of nail.. This a cheap material apartment... but The location is good
