A comfortable large 5 bedroom home, located in perfect position to explore everything Melbourne has to offer! Steps from the tram & a couple of mins walk to Glen Iris train station- Melbourne's iconic nightlife precinct, the city, St Kilda beach. A great local park, bike track & walking trails only a few mins away. Relax in multiple living areas, with lots of outdoor space, including a separate private balcony. The large backyard is accompanied by a large in-ground pool.

Enjoy the sheer space of this home. All 5 bedrooms are extra large & you can relax in multiple living areas, with an abundance of outdoor & indoor living.

There is an outdoor patio overlooking a large in-ground pool & extra large backyard. Perfect for kids and furry-friends! We do ask that pets stay outdoors. There is also an additional private balcony accessible from the lounge room, where an Air-Conditioner is located. The main bedroom has an air conditioner as has the kitchen . Other bedrooms are accompanied with fans for the warmer months, while hydronic heating throughout for the cooler months. There is a large fully-equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs, with an additional outdoor BBQ for use. Complete laundry facilities inclusive of washing machine, trough and dryer for your use.

Guest will have access to the entire home (excluding the garage, lower ground floor room & linen cupboards)

Other things to note
Children must be supervised in the pool and on the balcony please
Some road noise will be heard at the front of the house

Pets must remain outdoors, a patio and backyard will ensure their comfort.(Medium kennel can be provided upon request)

The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and the pool was lovely as well. The only minor challenge was the parking at the house, which was a little tricky, but there were plenty of on-street parking spots available nearby. Marie responded promptly to all our queries — thank you, Marie. We/ my son really enjoyed our stay.

Good Summer time off

Pool was central to our visit with kids spending almost all day time in pool during our stay. Pool area was managed well. Enjoyed our time there.

Super spacious and private with everything we needed !

A fantastic space for our large group. Super close to public transport, coffee shops and the local brewery. The house was clean had everything we needed. Marie was helpful and quick to communicate. Would definitely recommend !

Great location, plenty of space

Close to family we were visiting with our whole family. Great location! Very easy to take the train into the city, so people could come and go. Close to the highway to go visit the sites for first time visitors. We were able to entertain family for dinner. Still too cold for the pool. Lots of room. Pretty basic in terms of accommodations, and I suggested some upgrades to the owners. I would rent again bc of location and number of bedrooms.

Lovely Home in Glen Iris: Great Location to Tour Melbourne

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, roomy home close to everything. We took advantage of the pool which was clean and inviting, as was the entire private backyard. We employed the trams and trains to tour museums and other sites, and the local restaurant scene in Glen Iris and High Street surpassed expectations. We truly enjoyed the Italian restaurant SINCERO, don't miss it! We celebrated our anniversary at Atria, awesome cuisine, waitstaff and the views from the 80th floor were unparalleled. The historical aboriginal section of the Melbourne museum was simultaneously amazing, uplifting and tragically sad. Our host Marie was professional and responsive to our questions and attentive to details. The house was perfect for us as we enjoyed cooking with local vegetables, fruits and meats to supplement the great Melbourne restaurants. Thank you again, Marie, for making our stay in Melbourne fun, exciting and memorable!
