The living area leads onto the undercover outdoor area. This is the perfect place to relax with dining setting, Weber BBQ and outdoor lounge with daybeds. Enjoy a glass of wine watching cows and kangarooos grazing with the backdrop of Andersons Inlet.

The large downstairs living room makes a great kids retreat/games room. Includes a smart tv, combination table tennis/pool/air hockey table and original 80's gaming console (yes, including Space Invaders and Galaga). The backyard can be accessed via 2 sets of stacking doors featuring a giant chess set. The second bathroom is also accessed via this room.

The property has 4 large air conditioned bedrooms which can sleep 10. Upstairs Bed 1 has a queen bed, smart tv, semi-ensuite and it's own private deck with seating area. Bed 2 has a queen bed, one set of bunks with double below and a smart tv. Downstairs Bed 3 has a queen bed. Bed 4 has two sets of bunks with doubles underneath.

The split system a/con in all bedrooms and living rooms, coupled with the double glazed windows and beefed-up insulation, ensure the perfect ambient temperature all year round. Cosy in winter and cool in summer. Enjoy the ambiance of the wood heater in the winter. There are also fans throughout the home. (Please note: Firewood is not provided, however, it is easily purchased at the Venus Bay General Store.)

Both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms feature large step-less showers, with twin basin vanities and underfloor heating.

There is a European laundry conveniently located under the stairwell because let's face it who wants to spend a lot of time in the laundry when you're on holidays.

Pets are most welcome with the large, rear yard being fully fenced.

NOISE RESTRICTIONS
Please note, we as per the Airbnb rules have a no party policy at the property. Due to recent issues with noise complaints, we are at risk of being removed from the Airbnb platform. With this in mind, we have now implemented a no music/karaoke policy after 10pm (we tried no loud music after 10pm but that didn't work). Please only proceed with the booking if you are happy with this arrangement.

PLEASE NOTE: LINEN IS NOT INCLUDED however, with sufficient prior notice, bed sheets, pillow slips and towels can be organised for an additional fee.
