The space
Designed across multiple levels, the home offers both shared gathering areas and quieter corners to unwind. A dedicated entertainment area on the first floor features an HDTV with Roku and a sound system, creating a comfortable setting for movie nights or relaxed evenings. Wifi runs throughout, while central air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help maintain a comfortable indoor environment year-round. A private entrance allows for easy access and added convenience.

Outdoor living
A private pool provides a refreshing place to spend time between beach visits or laid-back afternoons at home, with heat available upon advance request with an additional fee of $40/day. The private patio or balcony and fully fenced backyard offer open outdoor space to enjoy the coastal setting. Beach essentials are ready for your time by the water, and nearby beach access makes it easy to step out and enjoy the shoreline. Free parking on premises for up to four vehicles keeps arrivals simple.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals during your stay, with a layout that flows naturally into the dining area so everyone can stay connected. A dining table creates a central place to gather, whether it’s a slow breakfast or an evening meal after a day out.

Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 12 guests across five bedrooms and seven beds. A bunk room includes two twin-over-full beds, while another guest room offers two double beds. The primary bedroom features a king bed with balcony access and ocean-facing views. A second bedroom includes a king bed, and another bedroom offers a queen bed overlooking a quiet nature preserve. Three bathrooms, along with a washer and dryer, add convenience throughout your stay.

Neighborhood
Located in the Vilano Beach community, you’re within a short walk of nearby beach access and coastal surroundings. Historic downtown St. Augustine is about 6 miles away, offering restaurants, shops, and local landmarks before returning to a quieter coastal setting.

Comfort and peace of mind
The home includes smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Self check-in with a keypad allows for a smooth and flexible arrival.
