Sleeping arrangements
Designed for up to 12 guests, the home spans two levels and features 5 bedrooms and 7 beds. On the first floor, a bunk room includes two twin-over-full beds, and a nearby guest room offers two double beds. Upstairs, an ocean-facing king suite opens to a private balcony, joined by a second king suite overlooking Castle Ott and a queen bedroom. Each room provides essentials such as bed linens, towels, hangers, and clothing storage.

Indoor spaces
Across 3,600 square feet, the interior invites relaxed time together. The first-floor game room includes a 75" HDTV with Roku, a foosball table, a Denon sound system, color-changing LED lighting, and a full-size refrigerator. Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, a washer, and a dryer support comfortable daily living throughout your stay.

Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, stainless steel oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking basics, giving you space to prepare meals at home. A dining table sits nearby for shared time over breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Outdoor living
The wraparound balcony and pool area provide views of the ocean and pool, offering an inviting place to relax between beach outings or afternoons spent in the water. The private pool can be heated upon advance request with an additional fee of $40/day. Beach essentials are provided, and the private entrance ensures easy access in and out of the home.

Neighborhood
Located in the Vilano Beach community, the home places you close to the shoreline, Vilano Pier, and the surrounding coastal scenery. Downtown St. Augustine is within easy reach for dining, exploring, and experiencing local history. Self check-in via keypad makes arrival simple, with free parking for up to 4 vehicles. Please note that pets are not allowed.
