Great location and the fish were biting. We really appreciated meeting and talking to Blue, the gentleman who monitored the property daily. Was an excellent ambassador for the property and the area and was incredibly helpful.

There was no slide in the pool area. The bolts from the pool were sticking out, which could’ve been very dangerous for small children. The pool was in rough shape needed some maintenance. The house could’ve been cleaner. Also, it would have been nice to know that they didn’t recommend swimming in the lake before we got there.

Our four-generation girls trip was one for the books at this lovely cabin on Grand Lake. This beautiful and clean property was perfect for our large group. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals and there was enough seating for everyone in the living area. All four generations enjoyed cooling off at the pool, which was just a short walk from the cabin. Lake views in the morning and at sunset were spectacular and the large back porch was a perfect place for conversations and reminiscing. You will experience the peaceful feeling of isolation while being close enough to town for pizza and Walmart deliveries. Other positive points: plenty of parking; on-site maintenance (and free cucumbers!); good communication with owner. Would 100% recommend this property.

The host and his team were very attentive to all the details with a snack basket, water, ice and when we had a problem with the dishwasher it was replaced immediately. The place was perfect for our family getaway lots of room to roam and be together.Thank you so much for your hospitality and keeping close tabs on how everything was working and how we were doing. All my kids said this is one of the best houses they have stayed in and we have stayed in a lot.

This house has generous indoor and outdoor space and entertainment options for large groups where people of all ages can either congregate together in the grand room or can divide up into smaller groups indoors or outdoors. The space is also comfortable for large dogs in the mix.

Enough space for a family of 9

We loved the space, everyone had their own room. The boys loved the game room, they had their own man cave for 4 nights. The swing was my daughter's favorite. Such great views of the lake.

Great weekend with family!

Very nice property, has all you need to have a great relaxing time : great amenities, porch, patio, big back yard, beautiful lake view, fire pit, etc… Suggestions : the game room needs more lighting and a ping pong table.

Great getaway! Serene!

Great property! Very spacious and serene. Had a few minor issues upon check in but the owner was super quick to resolve them and even offered us a free night! Owner went above and beyond to check with us regularly to make sure everything was going well. Our teenage boys had a great time and so did we! Would definitely stay again!

Great spot for a family getaway

This house was wonderful for our family stay! The house was very clean and ready for our arrival, and the few questions we had were quickly answered with a phone call. We cook when we gather, and found the kitchen well-stocked and easy to use. The pool was wonderful, as was the hot tub. The downstairs playroom was ideal for our teenagers and there were perfect spots to hang as a family AND to find a moment alone. We would definitely use this property again!!!

Appreciate the space

The location on the water was great and lots of space for the kids to play outside. Game room and kitchen were a great fit for the 8 people we had there. Loved the sun room and decks. There were a few initial issues with the property but the point of contact was quick to respond.

Great place to do your thing

This house was great. There was 10 of us and everyone had a place to sleep. If you stay with less than 4 people you will loose them in this house, it's bigg. Everything you need to make life easier is already there, from coffee pot to toilet paper. The owners were great. We never saw them, but they worked with us all the way through. They even put up a CHRISTMAS TREE!

Family getaway

House was big enough to sleep all family members. Fire pit was great on the deck for s’mores. Could have been a little cleaner as far as a lot of spiders and webs. Game room was good. Some games were not balanced like the pool table and the table shuffleboard. Spa was a little dirty. Great location. Pool was great. Check in and out process was very easy. Overall good place for a getaway.

Family Trip

Our stay was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with everything. The house itself was amazing and very clean. It was more spacious than the photos conveyed. The property manager Leslie was incredibly responsive to any questions leading up to our trip. She greeted us at the property and was incredibly friendly and just wanted us to enjoy our weekend. She addressed any concerns we had during our stay very promptly. The hot tub was great! The outdoor area was perfect for our large group! The pool liner was coming loose but it didn't deter us from having a great time! The dock area was nice with the water up and provided all day entertainment. This was a great place for Grand Lake getaway! We would definitely stay here again.

DONT STAY HERE. The House was filthy, there were no towels for anyone, no trash bags, the garage stunk like something died in it. The gutters fell off and almost hit one of the kids. Random “property helpers” tried to walk into the house without permission to get supplies, with no notice. Over all the house made our trip a horrible experience.

Good house don’t count on the games at the house

This house very spacious but upon arrival, the pool table was broke two legs on the pool table were broke. We had to try to rig it up just to play on it throughout the week and the shovel board is screwed to the wall crooked so that’s pointless. The house and property is great. The games not so much.

Shared from the owner:"Hi Brian, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and the property overall. However, we are truly sorry for the issues you encountered with the pool table and shuffleboard during your stay.Upon being notified, our maintenance team responded immediately and repaired the pool table legs. Unfortunately, the damage caused by previous tenants was not immediately apparent, and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused. Rest assured, the pool table has now been fully repaired and is in perfect condition.Regarding the shuffleboard, we understand your concern and will ensure it is leveled properly. It is mounted to the wall for safety reasons due to its weight, and this is the first time we have received feedback about its alignment. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we will address it promptly. We strive to provide an excellent experience for all our guests, as reflected in our VRBO score of 8.8 out of 10. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us maintain and improve our standards. Thank you again for your review, and we hope to welcome you back in the future for an even better stay."

Great lake place!!

If you have a large group looking for a place for a get together this is the place. Check in / check out is a breeze due to the coded entry. The house was very clean and well equipped, The kitchen had everything needed for cooking large meals and there is plenty of seating for everyone to be at a table. The Viking cookware was a nice surprise.. The sleeping arrangements work great especially if you have a couple of families with a bunch of kids lol!! The actual bedroom beds were comfortable. The kids loved the game room and especially the big screen TV for their video games. The property is very beautiful and well kept. The lake views from the deck are awesome. We didn't need or use the boat dock as lake stuff wasn't on the agenda this trip but it is very nice and if we ever go back in season we will definitely take the boat and take advantage of a great perk.. Our host Leslie was great, she was very accessible and eager to answer any questions and let us know that if we needed anything at all to just let her know.I would have no problems at all staying here again or recommending it to those considering a stay here..

Great time

Had a great time on this trip. Booked the house for a week while we fished the national championship on grand lake. Beds were super comfortable. Plenty of room for a larger group of people in this house with plenty to do! Unfortunately we spent a lot of time out on the water which was what we came to do. the house was primarily an evening hangout and to sleep in/make dinner. The hot tub was great! Location of house was great. Driveway is long enough for multiple vehicles and can put vehicles in the garage as well. Owner kept in great contact with us. (For those staying with a boat the driveway was long enough to fit the truck and trailer). It is slightly difficult to back in a trailer due to a fence on the other side of the road, however we managed just fine and that was not the owners fault. Furniture and appliances have been updated and would gladly stay again when coming back to the grove Oklahoma area. House is about 15 minutes away from wolf creek boat launch, which was perfect for us.

June 2024 stay

We were unable to reach our guest contact on arrival or the following day. We got voicemail but mailbox was full so couldn’t leave a message. We spent an afternoon cleaning! Cookware and some dishes were put away with dried food on them so we needed to wash dishes before using. We called the Evolve main number since 2 days into our trip we still hadn’t been able to reach our property contact. I advised them of several things that needed to be repaired. A housekeeping person did call back but we had already cleaned so we told them they weren’t needed. It is a very nice house. Plenty of room for our family and a nice quiet location. Well stocked and comfortable Pool was very nice for the kids which they enjoyed. The dock area was unusable for any water activities. The lower walk out area and exercise room was filthy. The house has plenty of possibilities but needs to be better kept.

Hi Carol, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: - Thank you for your detailed feedback. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the house, its location, and the pool. However, we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay.- We were surprised to hear about the cleanliness concerns, as our cleaner, Leslie, performed a cleaning of the property and a deep clean of the garage workout room the day before your arrival. She even provided us with pictures as proof.- Leslie also mentioned that she spent time on the property and had a pleasant conversation with you, so we're perplexed by the communication issues you mentioned.- Regarding the dock, it is regularly used by guests for boating and other water activities, and we haven't had previous complaints about its usability. We were there recently and found everything to be in perfect working order. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us address any potential issues and ensure a better experience for our guests. We hope you consider staying with us again in the future. Thanks for taking the time to leave your review.
