A beautiful A-frame 4 season, 3 bedroom (+1 TV room with futon) waterfront cottage. The walk-out master bedroom has a million dollar view of the lake & the beautiful sunsets. Enjoy the ski-doo trails during the winter and the beach during the summer. The deck offers outdoor seating during the summer to enjoy the weather and admire the views.
A fireplace to enjoy in the Winter and a fire pit in the summer. Need a little excursion, just 15 mins from "Money Beach" on Lac D'argent.
2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, 1 kids swimming platform and a 54' dock.
Need to work remote while the rest of the family enjoys the amenities, we got you covered; as seen in the photo's a work area is available (with 2 monitors, keyboard & mouse) or from the dock via WiFi.

Superbe place sur le bord de l'eau, nous avons séjourner au mois d'août, semaine pluvieuse mais tellement relaxante... il manque seulement une place pour êtres l'extérieur s'il pleut, pourma part j'avais apporté un abri 13x13 qui a amplement couvert le balcon et avons pu profiter de la bonne aire pure toute la semaine!!! Un gros merci au propriétaire de partager leur coin de paradis!!!

We are happy to share our beautiful A-frame 4 season, 3 bedroom (+1 TV room with futon) waterfront cottage. It is a piece of our life puzzle (pun intended) as we are a neurodivergent family. Autism is part of our life and this is a place for our whole family to cherish.
Why they chose this property
You are on the edge of civilization ... lol ... jk. BUT we are the last lake that has power utility service, all lakes north of us are off the grid. Did I mention we have Fiber Internet?
Saint-Anne-du-lac is an amazing place to enjoy cottage life during all all seasons. All amenities, SAQ (Liquor store), Groceries, Gas, Fishing License, Post Office are all available in Saint-Anne-du-lac.
Although we have a beach, we are 15 minutes away from "Money Beach", well worth a picnic day trip.
In the Winter you can enjoy the snowmobile trails that are literally a short distance away or ice fishing on the lake. There are Cross Country Ski trails nearby.
In the Summer you can enjoy one of the many ZEC's which are within driving distance, ZEC Mitchinamecus is minutes away. Boreal Forest "Country" as some would say. https://reseauzec.com
Local Farm offers products like les Miels d'anicet enjoy a great meal at "The Cantina Pollens & Nectars".
Four wheel vehicle trails nearby.
