Welcome to Crane's Nest! Relax in this lovely year-round, 3 bed home on a private ½ acre treed lot in Belair Forest. Enjoy lounging in the screened porch or soaking up the sun on the deck. Cozy up in the living room with wood burning stove and watch movies or play games. Short walk to a park and the lake where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. Short drive to many amazing sandy beaches in the area! Also great for ATV, snowmobiling, fishing (summer and winter), boating, biking, hiking, golf, etc!

Open concept living area with vaulted pine ceilings and wood burning stove. Large fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and huge dining table (seats 6). WIFI is available! Living room has a TV (with Firestick), DVD player, lots of movies. Patio doors off kitchen to a gorgeous screened porch with forest views. Window unit air conditioner in living area. Master bedroom has a queen sized bed, desk, TV/DVD Player/Monitor, ceiling fan and closet. The second bedroom has double/single bunk bed, closet and patio doors to access the front deck. There is another 8 x 9 room off the kitchen with a Day Bed (great for daytime reading) that can be used as a 3rd bedroom by closing the barn door and converting the Day Bed to a single or king-size bed. Large 3 piece Bathroom (shower, toilet, vanity). Enjoy the sun on the beautiful deck on front (south) side of the house. Yard has beautiful trees and flowers, a fire pit, a badminton net and a great outdoor sitting area with propane BBQ. Short walk to park and the lake where you can see beautiful sunsets. The beach is rocky and not best for swimming, however there are many sandy beaches a short drive away. Also close to all amenities such as stores, restaurants, hotel, boating, golf, fishing (summer and winter), hiking, quad trails, snowmobile trails, ski trails, bike trails.
