Fully equipped Kitchen with a breakfast bar along with the dining room and a 3/4 bath are on the first floor.  Go up the steps to the open loft with a Full Bed where you'll find an A/C unit. There are 3 bedrooms on the lower level with a King Bed, a Queen Bed, and 1 Twin and 2 Fulls as well as a Full Bathroom.

This home comes with 1 Guest pass to the Recreation Center.  Additional guests purchase passes for daily fees.  Enjoy basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts, plus a fun playground to entertain the children! One outdoor heated pool and outdoor hot tub! The Waterville Estate's Pond has a sandy beach, swim platform, and paddle boat rentals. In the winter, enjoy the ice-skating pond. Also, there are plenty of cross country and walking trails throughout the Estates. Plenty to do for the entire family! Campton Mt opens in the winter for weekend and night skiing with a lodge including food and drinks. Campton Mtn has a chair and tow rope- great family fun. Wireless Internet is also available at the Recreation Center!

Waterville Valley is only 10 minutes away, and if you are hoping to spice up your ski vacation with other options, Cannon and Loon are only 20 minutes away. For those more inclined to t-shirt activities, there is plenty of golfing to choose from too- Owl's Nest less than 10 minutes away! Or Highland Links is 20 minutes away. There is also White Mountain Golf 25 minutes away. Great Family Resort that will keep you busy throughout your stay!
