Located just 12 minutes walking distance from Rye front beach, this newly renovated and stylish family-friendly home has the most beautiful sunset views from it's balcony overlooking the valley.

From large spacious open living plans on the top and bottom level, to it's beautifully put together 4 bedrooms and group dining areas, this is the perfect place for large families or group bookings for that special time away with loved ones.

Wineries, breweries, restaurants and more just minutes away!
The space
The space available is the entire home which has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, available for 9-10 guests.
There will be no one else staying at the property, you will have the entire property to yourselves.
