Our stay in chicoteague was unfortunately during the storm that flooded many parts of the island. But the rental agency kept us informed of the causeway closures and reschedule the cleaning of the house because we couldn't leave the island or pretty much the house due to flooding at check out time. We still enjoyed our stay the house met all our needs
Felt just like home. Comfortable & cozy, plenty of Chincoteague vibes & pony artwork! Nice backyard for our dog. We enjoyed the wildlife vistors, too. Would highly recommend!
It was better than advertised. It had two bathroom, but I only read it had one.
It was clean and the property manager was great.
He only complaint I have is that they ask us to vacuum before we laughed. I feel like clean up should’ve been part of the package.

This was a cute house. It was smaller and cozy. I loved the red recliner in the living room. The kitchen was nice to work in. The bathroom on the main floor is smaller. You have to be smaller to fit on the toilet due to the wall space. We had them fix the bunk beds, so the top would not fall off. The kids liked that room especially with the TV. The other bedroom on the main floor was ok. The bed is really squeaky and there was a lot of furniture. The upstairs was nice with more space. We did have to turn the a/c down to keep it cool. The bed was really comfy. The bathroom was nice. You do have to watch your head due to the roof slant. The location is great. We got pictures of a fawn out back. It was just a calm place to live for the week.We did have many complaints through out the week, but Coastal Vacations took care of everything they could. Their response time was great. They were always pleasant.
