If we would've known about these issues, we would have certainly sent a vendor to inspect and repair/replace as needed. Just for your information, the toaster has been replaced. Dear Denise, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We genuinely appreciate your insights as they help us improve our services for all our valued guests. We are truly sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your recent stay. We understand that the inconveniences you experienced, such as the inoperable garage door, outlets and pool light significantly impacted your stay, and for that, we sincerely apologize. We want to clarify that our office acted promptly to repair the garage and scheduled the vendor at their earliest availability, which unfortunately was a week from the time you informed us. We cannot control the availability of an outside vendor that we subcontract. Our regular maintenance team did not have the necessary parts for the garage repair, which is why we had to subcontract another company. Additionally, our office scheduled an electrician to fix the outlets, but due to the invasive nature of the procedure, we had to wait until after your departure to complete the repair. We want to assure you that everything you brought to our attention was addressed and resolved as quickly as we could manage. It should also be noted that the scheduled cleaning that was delayed was because of a cleaner that ran into a medical emergency. We had to pull an alternative cleaning crew last minute yet still had them perform the following day for the mid-stay cleaning. We strive to provide exceptional service to all our guests. Your comments have been shared with our team, and we are committed to using this feedback to make the necessary improvements to our management processes and service delivery.
