Place was pretty rough, there was some items that were missing or broken. Our first night they sent in a repair guy at 8pm, without us knowing ubtil after the fact, to repair a railing. Really? 8pm. The pool and hot tub were not heated, or clean. Got what we paid for.
This was, unfortunately, the worst arrival experience I have ever had. When we arrived, the house was not ready and had not been properly cleaned, which prevented us from checking in on time. We waited an additional three hours for the cleaning company to finish.The condition of the home did not match the photos listed on VRBO. There were visible stains on the walls, comforters, and kitchen cabinets. Two of the bathroom walls had what appeared to be feces or another organic substance. There were exposed electrical outlets and visible wiring, which is especially concerning for families with young children.The pool and hot tub were unusable because the heater had recently been removed—this was not disclosed prior to booking. I attempted to work with the host to find a reasonable resolution, but the response was unhelpful and dismissive.The neighbors were extremely unfriendly and repeatedly yelled at us without provocation, making it impossible to enjoy a peaceful stay. While the upstairs flooring appears to have been updated, the walls were not repainted and had noticeable stains and handprints throughout. The main bedroom was clean, but the furniture throughout the home is very dated.Based on the condition of the property, the lack of disclosure, and the overall experience, I would not recommend staying here. I would like to add it took me almost a day and a half to properly clean this house and it looked cleaner than it did before we checked in.

Before you contacted Evolve, we had already offered a $200 refund along with an additional complimentary night in an effort to resolve the issue promptly and fairly. Afterward, Evolve Customer Support informed us that a 15% refund from our payout would fully resolve the matter and advised that you should no longer reach out to us directly. Due to this deduction, we were unable to reimburse you a second time out of pocket or provide anything further beyond what had already been agreed upon. We were also made aware that two large dogs were brought into the home despite our no-pet policy, and our cleaning team reported pet urine inside and dog waste in the yard that required additional attention after your stay. While we understand your disappointment, we feel we acted in good faith to address your concerns. Thank you for sharing your feedback."

1st of all the house was beautiful and thanks for letting us stay. The furniture is very used in the living area it’s like sitting on the floor so if you have bad knees it’s not going to work for you. The first day we got in the pool it was clean but the second day it needed cleaning there were dead bugs in the pool I called the property manager and advised that the net to catch all the debris was dry rotted and if he could get another one out there he said “let me look and I’ll call back” no call back. It’s seems as if someone was adjusting the heat at night in the house because at night it was super hot upstairs. I took pictures. The tv in the downstairs room didn’t work I sent a message no reply, however we still had a great time. I do have pictures of the net and all of the bugs floating around the pool actually didn’t seem like the pool was filtering the water.
The pool was wonderful.The house itself is very poorly maintained. The host said to never set the thermostat below 73 degrees. Even at 73, the AC unit froze and leaked down to the first floor. This has clearly been happening for a while because the ceiling is cracked and wet. The bath tub cold water faucet was broken off, and wouldn’t turn. It dropped for our entire stay. The shower pressure was extremely low because the head was calcified.Not as big of a deal, but: there was only half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.The beds were fine, but all of the box spring were REALLY squeaky for some reason. Every small movement was enough to wake up anyone sharing the bed.
We’re do I begin! We got to the house and to my surprise it was not clean!Floors had liquid spills on them, walls were dirty as well as the carpet was so bad! The ice machine, the bathtub in master all broken, not to mention the dish’s and pots and pans were dirty no one had cleaned them!There are not very many pots and pans, no can opener nothing ! No toilet paper or paper towels no cleaning products or dish soap nothing!Now for the pool area it was a mess, the pool heat is broken ! No hot tub, pool deck was black and moldy! Pool its self was so dirty! Cushions on the chairs were all dry rotted! Not the vacation home one would expect! Very disappointed! I have pictures but don’t know how to upload them!

When we arrived I walked through the house and took pictures of things that were broken. Towel bar hanging off the wall, handrail going upstairs that was broken, outlets in kitchen that were not working. Some of us had to use beach towels as there were not enough bath towels. Contacted property manager with the issues we had. I was told hand rail would be fixed so we could make sure everyone coming down the steps would be safe. We were told that they had pictures and the hand rail was not broken prior to our areival. I have the pictures of when we walked into the house showing it was. Needless to say they came out at 8:20 pm on our last night, which was our 7th day, and til it down so they could match it up and get it fixed. I am not going to go into everything else but I have text messages from property management that says we never gave them authorization to fix it and my text messages say different. I am going to stop here as this is the way the whole trip went and it made a fun vacation not so fun. We lost s

Nothing Works
Roomy..... BUT. Where do I start. Barely any cooking pots and pans, BBQ Grill is a disaster, Hot Tub not working, Coffee makers not working, Knives are dull as a brick, ice maker not working, blender not working, closet door handle broken, Dining room chair with leather on it could not be sat on as the legs wobbled dangerously! , Very few Towels, NO Wash cloths , no wash cloth for kitchen sink or drying towels for the kitchen sink, No bowls to mix things in.
You would think that a few basics would be in the kitchen like : Salt and Pepper, Coffee filters , Some Bottled water, Paper towels, More pots and pans since the place sleeps 12.
Will NEVER Stay here again!

La esperiencia de esta casa fue una completa pesadilla no le doy un 0 porque creo que no existe esa opción,tenía cucarachas está sucio uno de los baños no funcionaba nada de la cocina ,la entrada me la retrasaron 4 horas más me prometieron 100 dólares y ni los he recibido,el botellón del barbecue me cogio candela por que el botellón de gas estaba en mal estado .Verdaderamente no tengo tiempo para escribir completamente mi experiencia de terror pero verdaderamente busquen otra casa créanme … The experience of this house was a complete nightmare, I do not give it a 0 because I think that option does not exist, it had cockroaches, it is dirty, one of the bathrooms did not work, nothing in the kitchen worked, the entrance was delayed for 4 more hours, they promised me 100 dollars and I have not received them, the barbecue bottle caught me on fire because the gas bottle was in poor condition. I really do not have time to fully write my horror experience but truly look for another house, believe me
