The Arrington Retreat is a wonderfully situated single level home that boasts a huge backyard and a number of amenities. Sitting right the middle of Silicon Forest you are close to countless companies such as Intel, Tektronix, Nike and countless others.



This home is a fantastic use of space with the three bedroom on one side, the chef's kitchen and dining in the middle and the cozy living area on the other side. As you can see every piece of décor and furnishing was curated to find that perfect blend of style and comfort for our guests.



Just off the living area you will find the garage that has a foosball table, seating, as well as the washer and dryer. Without a doubt one of the gems of this property is the fully fenced expansive backyard. It is perfect for pets, games, and enjoyment. Sitting right next to Moorberry Elementary school you'll see there are a number of fields and opportunities to play just barely a block or two away.



From the décor, layout, and location, you will find the Arrington Retreat is a truly amazing location for your small group or family to enjoy most anything the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.



This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.



PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

The house worked well for 3 adults, 1 which is elderly, so the single level was perfect. This Hillsboro house is located well within the community and easy access to wherever you need to go. The multi fenced yard was great for the dogs. Easy communication with the host. If staying during the school year, there is a school behind the house so morning traffic & noise will in crease in front of the house and behind but you can’t really hear it inside the house. Will likely rent this home again as we have lots of family in Hillsboro.

We stayed here for a weekend with our dogs and it was a wonderful house with everything we needed and the property was perfect for dogs! Groceries and food were close and the neighborhood was nice. Would stay here again😊

Our daughter accepted a job at PSU We were apartment shopping! This location had everything that we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the kitchen items we needed. It was even better in person! The beds were super comfy! We loved it!!

Such a lovely and comfortable stay!! We stayed here for a week waiting to move in to our new place. I found myself wishing that THIS PLACE was our new place!! Clean and comfortable. We did have a small problem with ants which the hosts took care of right away. They were responsive, friendly and helpful. Very quick to respond. I highly recommend a stay here if you get a chance. It’s in a lovely neighborhood as well.

Quiet and Convenient

We were in Hillsboro for medical appointments and we had our dog with us. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. The hospital is a very short drive away as is a New Seasons grocery and other services. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and there is a very nice park nearby.
