Main floor has a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, living room, large master, 4 pc bath and double entry balcony. Lower level has a family room, bar with mini fridge & 3 bedrooms, 3 pc bath, walk out patio with dining table, BBQ & hot tub

West facing for all day sun and no shortage of space. It's time to relax! Please note, there are 2 outdoor security cameras.

The Lake House

We were 5 girlfriends needing a weekend away to just enjoy each others company and to reconnect. This amazing Lake house filled the bill. Gorgeous, spacious, fully equipped, super clean, comfortable, warm and above all one of the best weekends that we as friends have ever had. Communication with the owners was easy. Awesome ladies getaway

We are a group of 5 ladies ranging in age from 49 to 77 that get together on a monthly basis for supper, wine and lots of laughs. We decided to plan a 3 night trip and lucked out by finding this cottage. We loved everything about our stay. The cottage is beautiful and the setting on the lake is amazing. We had coffee and cocktails on the dock. We loved the hot tub. The rooms were nice. The kitchen was well equipped. Communication with the host was quick and pleasant. Can’t imagine how we could have been happier!

Great cottage - clean, spacious, comfortable beds, pretty view, hot tub is a huge bonus. My friends and I had a really nice weekend away - enjoyed the property very much. Only downfall is having to check out by 10:00 AM. Too early, in my opinion, considering what you’re paying. Regardless of that, I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a getaway. Perth is also a pretty town with great shops, etc.
