Private, quiet, cozy developed basement living area with 2 beds.

A fully developed basement with half bath and private bedroom. Very quiet space. The rental area is a fully developed basement and comes with comfortable furniture, empty full size fridge, lots of space, treadmill, rower and some minor weights as well as TV and internet with Netflix.
A microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker as well as some small plates, unensils and napkins for a quick snack or sandwich.
35 minutes to University of Calgary and a 20 minute connecting train to the downtown by bus stop next to the house and street parking available.

We enjoyed our stay
The place was very clean, spacious and overall more than we expected. The property owners are very kind and friendly and it made us feel welcomed. We would try to book here again if we visit Calgary in the future.

We are in our 60's and our kids have moved on and we have the unused space which we would like to offer to individuals or couples that are trying to visit or travel within a limited budget. We are not always around and occasionally we have our 1.5 year old grandson to look after for the day, but otherwise it's a pretty quiet household.

Why they chose this property

Relatively new construction, close to bus stop and multiple walking trails that go down the river. A small strip mall and gas station / convenience store within 2 blocks.
