We are located in picturesque Coe Hill, ON, only 2.5 hours away from Toronto and Ottawa, right between the two cities. Our all-season cottage sits on a vast 9-acre property backing onto crown land, with numerous trails, hidden lakes in the woods, and breathtaking views!

Whether you're looking for a family adventure with kids, a romantic getaway, a family gathering or birthday party, or even a remote work retreat surrounded by nature, this 4-season cottage is the perfect spot for you! Explore scenic trails, enjoy the sauna, marvel at breathtaking sunsets over farm fields, stargaze by the bonfire under starry skies, and watch the mesmerizing dance of fireflies in June. Let the frogs and crickets lull you to sleep in this timeless, peaceful haven. And if you're lucky, you might spot deer, foxes, wild turkeys, or even wild boars wandering just outside the window or a few steps from the door!

The cottage offers a spacious living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two cozy bedrooms, and a washroom with laundry facilities. It comfortably accommodates 6-8 people.
