Clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. Everything worked. We didn't see or interact in-person with the hosts as we were directed how to get the key. We communicated by vrbo web site and they usually replied promptly or in a reasonable time. No complaints.

Great place for small family, well maintained and clean place, washroom and kitchen are kept clean. We had very good time.One small suggestion, improve communication. we had a bit of trouble with check in it would be great if the property management answered our calls as well as text. However owner is very good and helpful.

Trailer #0 has the best (corner) site by the water. It also has an additional indoor dining space. These 2 plused are critical because you only want to be in the trailer to sleep, cook and use the washroom (too tight). The bunk beds (3) are very small, especially the top one by the ceiling, they're more for children than adults. We did not need to get a/c when we were there, but it may gat really hot in the trailer since the AC is portable and located only in the main part of the trailer. Can't complaint about value-price, though.

Fridge not closing and no light. Coffee maker not working. Spatula broken. Only one huge pot. Plug for sink useless. Flood occurring in bathroom while we were out. Door only able to close. Sliding door between sunroom and main trailer out of line and would not close properly.
