About this property

**A new city regulation allows us to rent to a maximum of 8 adults (there is no limit 16 and under).**
Spacious luxury house on the shore of Lac Clair, with a large terrace and private beach. No personal boats, kayaks, canoes, etc. are allowed on the lake, except the ones that are provided with the cottage. Spa and fireplaces (indoor and outdoor), pool table, ping-pong and table football. 10 minutes from the ski slopes.
A dream chalet, unique in Quebec!
No parties are allowed.

In winter, it is preferable to park at the top of the slope or to be equipped with a 4 wheel drive to park near the cottage.

Amazing Lake Home

We had an amazing time Maison Lux. We visited this home in mid July, me, my wife, daughter and our dog. The house is VERY large, There were only 3 of us, but the home could easily accommodate three or four families. The pictures do not do this property justice. It truly is a beautiful spot. The lake is quiet, but large enough for boating, kayaking, fishing, etc. The home came with pretty much everything you would need. Beds were very comfortable (memory foam) and we were provided with more than enough linens and towels. There were so many things that the listing did not mention/show that were also provided at the home. There is a huge television and big comfortable couch that has been added to the game room area, there were three kayaks, two paddle boards, plenty of life jackets, three different types of coffee/espresso makers, tons of firewood, eight new Adirondack chairs around the outdoor fire pit. As for the area around the lake home, we found a nice grocery store about 10 minutes away, we had dinner at a local micro brewery that was great (10 minutes away) and plenty of local hiking spots in the area, one with a 50 foot waterfall (Chutes de Bull) If you come here in the winter (there were a few ski mountains very close) make sure to bring a 4wheel drive vehicle. We came in the summer with a truck so it was not a problem. Marc and Virginia were great hosts, and answered our questions we had over text very quickly. We would come back here in a heart beat.

Site de rencontre familiale idéal!!!

WOW! Résidence exceptionnelle et bien adaptée pour les familles. Chambres familiales bien pensées. Foyer et salon rassembleur, salle à manger et cuisine immenses! Notre réunion familiale fut une réussite... Seul petit bémol, même avec des véhicules 4 roues motrices (AWD), on n'a pas oser descendre se stationner près de la maison... de crainte de ne pas pouvoir remonter la longue remontée en courbe en ce week-end neigeux et fondant de fin mars. Nos 4 véhicules avaient toutefois un espace de stationnement adéquat près du chemin et de la grille d'entrée.
