The open-plan living area is designed for easy holiday living, with a generous charcoal modular lounge positioned beneath high ceilings and opposite a widescreen TV. Timber flooring adds warmth to the space, while sliding doors open directly onto the balcony, allowing fresh air and birdsong to become part of your day.



Overlooking the living space, the fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, ample bench space, and a breakfast bar for casual meals or morning coffee. Adjacent, the timber dining table sits beside expansive windows that frame the surrounding trees, making every meal feel connected to the peaceful bushland beyond. Air-conditioning keeps the space comfortable all day. Outside, the covered balcony extends the living space with an outdoor dining setting and BBQ overlooking established native vegetation. Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.



School Leavers:

We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.



Rental Agreement

As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
